Sikkim Public Service Commission or SPSC is a government authority that was created for select qualified and talented applicants for civil service posts in the state. The main head office of the commission is situated in Sikkim. It became an undivided part of the Indian Union in May 1975.

The Constitutional regulation under Article 3208 to have a Public Service Commission for the State was fulfilled by constituting a State Public Service Commission in the year 1978. The Public Commission has started functioning from 1982 with the appointment of the Chairman and deputation of the panel from the State Government. The main work of this commission is to select persons to the various Services and Posts.
